A High Quality, High Strength Vitamin K2

Three fat-soluble vitamins, one daily capsule. Synergy K2 pairs Vitamin K2 (as MK-7) with Vitamins A and D3 — chosen to work together to support the body's normal use of calcium and help maintain healthy bones.

At the heart of Synergy K2 is MenaQ7® — a branded, patented form of Vitamin K2 as MK-7 (Menaquinone-7). MK-7 is a well-absorbed form of Vitamin K2 with a longer half-life than the more common MK-4, which is why we've built the formula around it.

Where many K2 supplements stop at Vitamin K2 alone, Synergy K2 brings together the full trio of fat-soluble vitamins — K2, A and D3. Chosen to complement one another, they support the body's normal use of calcium, immune system function and the maintenance of healthy bones.

By combining K2, A and D3, the formula works with the body's own calcium-regulating proteins, including osteocalcin and MGP, to support the maintenance of normal bone mineralisation.

High Quality Ingredients

Bioactive Ingredients Working in Synergy

Every ingredient in Synergy K2 was chosen in its bioactive, well-absorbed form: Vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® MK-7, preformed Vitamin A as retinol palmitate, and Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol. Selected for purity and the way they work together, they support the body's normal use of calcium and help maintain healthy bones.

Vitamin K2 plays a key role in how the body handles calcium. It helps activate the proteins that direct calcium toward the bones, supporting the maintenance of healthy bones and normal bone density, and contributing to general heart health.

Vitamin A works synergistically with Vitamin K2 in the body's normal calcium metabolism, helping direct calcium toward the bones and teeth where it supports the maintenance of bone and heart health. It also contributes to normal immune system function.

Vitamin D3 supports how well you absorb calcium from your food. That's why it's paired with Vitamin K2: D3 helps bring calcium in, K2 helps put it to work in the bones. D3 also supports normal immune function.

Better Together

The Power of Synergy

The real strength of Synergy K2 is in how its three vitamins work together, each playing its own part in the same process. Three vitamins, three roles, one shared purpose: helping your body absorb calcium and use it to maintain healthy, strong bones.

Why Use Synergy K2?

Calcium only works when your body can absorb it and put it where it belongs. Synergy K2 supports both — combining Vitamin K2 (as MenaQ7® MK-7) with Vitamins A and D3 so each step of the process is covered.

FAQS

Can I get all the vitamin K2 I need from my diet?

Vitamin K2 can be found naturally in the diet. Foods that are rich in vitamin K2 include; natto, animal livers, meats, cheeses, butter and sauerkraut. The main difference between the vitamin k2 found in food and that found in our Synergy K2 supplement is that vitamin K2 typically exists as MK-4 in food, whereas our supplement is MK-7. This is not to disparage foods that are rich in vitamin K2 as they are typically nutrient-dense and nutritionally important for various other reasons. However, our Synergy K2 supplement is more highly concentrated.

Who should take Vitamin K2?

Synergy K2 suits adults wanting to support everyday bone health and general wellbeing — particularly if your diet is low in Vitamin K2-rich foods. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication (including blood thinners) or managing a health condition, speak with your doctor or pharmacist first.

Why do we use vitamin K2 MK-7 instead of MK-4?

Vitamin K2 comes in two main forms: MK-4 and MK-7. The key difference is how long each stays active in the body. MK-7 has a longer half-life than MK-4 — meaning it remains in circulation longer, so it can be taken just once a day. MK-4, by contrast, is cleared more quickly and typically needs to be taken several times daily. That longer-lasting profile is why we chose MK-7 — specifically MenaQ7®, a branded form — for Synergy K2.
