Subtle Tweaks. Significant Upside
We created Formula 2 to support the core systems that determine how well your body functions: energy production, nervous system health, methylation, thyroid activity, and natural detoxification. Our mission hasn't changed. Your body still relies on the same foundational nutrients — B vitamins, vitamin E, and key minerals like magnesium, zinc, selenium, and iodine.
What has changed is how those nutrients are delivered. Our updated Formula 2 uses more bioavailable forms of these nutrients and includes new complementary ingredients, helping your body absorb and utilise them more effectively.
Key Improvements at a Glance
Folate upgraded → now delivered as folinic acid (a more usable form)
Vitamin B6 refined → optimised with a dual-form system (active P5P + pyridoxine)
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) added → supports energy production and nutrient activation
Molybdenum added → supports normal enzymatic and natural detoxification processes
Iodine included → supports thyroid function
Magnesium increased → now provided in meaningful, functional amounts
Selenium increased → stronger support for thyroid and antioxidant function
A More Detailed Look at These Changes
B6 — Optimised Form and Dose
The previous formula relied heavily on pyridoxine, a standard form of Vitamin B6 that the body must convert before it can be used. The updated Formula 2 introduces Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P) — the biologically active form of B6.
Because P5P supports more efficient utilisation by the body, we can reduce your overall B6 exposure while supporting more consistent use of the nutrient.
What this means: More consistent support for normal nervous system function and nutrient metabolism, delivered in a form that is readily utilisable by the body.
Molybdenum — For Detox and Metabolism
Molybdenum is a trace mineral that contributes to normal enzymatic processes involved in metabolism. It plays a role in supporting the body's natural processing of sulphites, which are produced naturally by your cells and found in your diet.
What this means: Support for the body's normal enzymatic and metabolic processes, including natural detoxification pathways.
Riboflavin (B2) — An Essential Cofactor
Think of Vitamin B2 as an activator. It plays a central role in cellular energy production and supports the normal utilisation of other B vitamins, including contributing to the metabolism of B6. Without adequate riboflavin, the B-vitamin network may not function optimally.
What this means: Support for normal energy production and the body's ability to utilise the B vitamins in the formula.
Increased Magnesium and Selenium — From Supportive to Functional
While our previous formula included magnesium and selenium, we've significantly increased their doses to provide more meaningful nutritional support. Magnesium drives hundreds of reactions — from energy production to muscle regulation — while selenium supports antioxidant activity and normal thyroid hormone metabolism.
What this means: Broader support for thyroid function, energy levels, and overall metabolic function where dietary intake may be inadequate.
