Barbell biltong is made using organic, grass-fed meat supplied by farmers who prioritise soil health and animal welfare. The chilli flavour is seasoned with gluten-free white vinegar, sea salt,  chilli, coriander seeds, black pepper, cloves and cayenne pepper.
