How to Use PerioMix

Step 1
Place 1–2 teaspoons of PerioMix powder into the palm of your hand.
Step 2
Moisten your finger (you can simply lick it), then dip it into the powder.
Step 3
Gently pack the powder around the gum line and between all teeth. Always start with the upper teeth to prevent saliva from pooling.
Step 4
Spit out any excess, but leave the remaining powder in your mouth for as long as possible. Avoid eating or drinking for 60 minutes afterward.
