Use for brushing. It supports enamel and a healthy oral microbiome. Floss directly after.
After brushing, use this as a natural rinse/mouthwash. It helps cleanse the mouth and balance pH.
Finally, apply PerioMix powder to the gums and around the teeth to support the gums.
Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush. Brush thoroughly for two minutes or more, then floss. Spit and rinse with water. Floss directly after. Do this twice daily.
