Your health programme will run for approximately 16 weeks (based on your unique Red Blood Cell cycle). However, the reality is that our programmes don’t end there. We intend to create lasting and lifelong change so that you can remain in good health for years to come, and we encourage you to maintain the healthy habits you have developed. At the conclusion of your programme, we will present you with a ‘Prescription for Health Report’. This report contains all the information you need to maintain balanced body chemistry long after the conclusion of your programme.
