Shipment of orders domestically:

We deliver through Australia Post Express Post. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to ship orders in any manner that we deem appropriate or expedient from time to time.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

The below refers to business days for orders made before 12pm AEST. This is guidance only, not a guarantee.

*Deliveries to islands off the coast of Tasmania, North Queensland and NT require between 9-26 days

Tracking and delivery problems:

• We do not currently provide tracking information on deliveries, but do offer speedy customer service responses to any delivery enquiries. Tracking emails are supplied. Online orders can be tracked through a consignment issued via the website.  Please contact us if you have not received your order.
  
• We deliver domestically using Australia Express Post primarily.
• We will always follow your delivery instructions precisely.
  
• We offer a reponsive service if any errors occur and will fix any issue for you ASAP

International Customers:

Shipping charges for International orders are estimations and subject to change based on product weight and packaging. We reserve the right to update your order to reflect the actual shipping charges to your country.

All duties, taxes & other national fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will help as much as possible. Please, check with your local agencies to determine whether any local taxes or duties are in effect for your shipping address before ordering. We are not able to determine and apply these charges at time of purchase.
