• How long does it take for my account registration to be approved?

Your account registration will be finalised within 24 hours of applying.

• Why do I need to provide documentation? 

Nutrition Diagnostics markets amongst many things Practitioner Only products that can only be prescribed and purchased by qualified Healthcare Practitioners. It is our Duty of Care to ensure that each registered user is a certified Practitioner before allowing access to certain aspects of our website.

• I am a student, can I have access to the site?

Yes. All students can have access to practitioner resources. If you are a 3rd year student you can also have access to the Web Shop, but you must provide documentation stating you are a 3rd year student and above. Mentoring is also offered to suitable applicants please contact us on  info@nutritiondiagnostics.com

• What documents do students need to provide for their accounts to be approved successfully?

We will accept a copy of a student transcript or a letter from your college.
